Staff Bonus Program
We are looking to implement a bonus system that incentivizes each individual position separately based on their performance and how that has contributed to office production/collections. We had this originally proposed to us by a consultant, and we liked the idea. We never got the blue print on how to do it because they wanted us to sign on for 70K worth of consulting services. Our current bonus system is based on an average of the last two months collections. Does anyone have experience with a individually evaluated bonus system like this or have another system that has worked well?
