Hi I was doing the training on front desk and this question came up

Which of the following should be avoided when patients are present?
1. Gossiping
2. Swearing
3. Eating
4. All of the Above
now my question is why is “All of the Above” not the answer, am I missing something?

I am curious as what the answer was? I myself would also assume “all of the above”

    Thanks for bringing to our attention. My initial thought when I read this was there are MANY times we feel like swearing though don’t we. 🤣.
