    I began in hygiene watching the videos of the first section and passing the tests. After a week, it no longer lets me see the videos, it says im not enrolled in the course. All my progress doensnt show up either. Any advice

    Hello Arturo, I have updated some settings. Can you log out and back in and then try to access your courses again please? Also for faster technical support please use the Chat feature found in the bottom right hand corner for faster support.

      I logged in and out, still not available, also, there isnt a bottom right chat icon at all.

      It still says, you must enroll in this course to access course content.
