I’m wondering how to code this case like the one I attached. It’s an implant and tooth supported bridge. #19 is an implant and #20 and 21 are teeth

OK so I need a bit more info- Are you saying the teeth surrounding the implant are also crowned? or it the implant on it’s own? What type of implant crown is it- implant supported or abutment supported?

the implant is a part of the bridge #19-21. Implant #19 is abutment supported and attached to crowns #20 and 21 have crowns.
