I hear this often, Rosemarie. We need to be sure our teams understand what is expected and are held accountable for their responsibilities. Behaviors are more likely to change if there are consequences…! I have noticed that being proactive in what you do and how you think is not something that we can “teach”. Having detailed job task lists and systems for accountability are 2 ways to help you help the team get their jobs accomplished without constant supervision and management, GOOD LUCK!
