New Patient Welcome Letter

This is an example of a welcome letter that you could use for your practice or part of it. You also should consider sending this as an email instead. What you send the new patient is not as important however as getting them in as soon as possible. A patient will have a better chance of arriving if they are scheduled within 48-72 hours.
