Treatment Plan Follow Up Policy

This is a policy that can be used or edited to work for your practice. There should be a documented policy as to how you follow up with patients that don’t schedule for treatment. It should be the priority of the office to make sure that everything is done in your power to help the patient get scheduled for the treatment they need.
