  • We decided to go off of the hours that is at the top of the section. So, for example, the back staff needed to watch the dental assisting videos and the productive scheduling videos, which were “estimated” to be 6 hours and 4 hours each. So we gave them ten hours once they showed them as being completed and that was verified by the office managers. That being said, our staff recently had snow days that we paid them for so, if they were scheduled to work that day and still got paid, we basically told them to get them completed at home during those hours so we subtracted any pay for snow days from the total hours for the videos. Sorry if I confuse you with the snow days lol.
