Which specific video are you looking for? It would be best to have them associate watch a bunch a videos before they start. Let us know if you need help as to which ones we recommend.

There is so much content, for now we just wanted a video for our next meeting that zeros in on the new patient experience. I did see one called “building rapport”. Can you direct me to something else?

Hello there – we actually have a video titled Creating the Ultimate New Patient Experience (56:29) – Front Office Rocks that we recommend along with Building Rapport with Patients (7:58) – Front Office Rocks – these two modules will provide excellent guidance around this subject!
