i was under impression i could assign courses to team members. That doesn’t seem to be available now but would make its useability better for my team (if possible with your IT team)

Thank you for your message. The ability to assign specific courses is not an option now. What works well for most teams, is to determine the goals and base the training around that. Is the team in need of better communication skills? Guide them to the Office Culture course. Do you need to work on phone skills? The Receptionist and Telephone Skills course is perfect for that.
