Yes! I totally understand about scripting. We use them as a guide for moving patients to scheduling their appointment and away from answering insurance questions that create roadblocks.

Just to clarify……….So in Dentrix if we inactivate we can pull the patient’s records for the duration that states law mandates?
If we achive the patient’s records we will not be able to access the patient’s records…. like they will be shredded.
